When trying to install bfFramework you might see the error:

Install bfFramework...

Warning: zip_read() expects parameter 1 to be resource, integer given in /home/xxxxxx/domains/xxxxxxxxxx.dk/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 235

Warning: zip_close() expects parameter 1 to be resource, integer given in /home/xxxxxxx/domains/xxxxxxxxxx.dk/public_html/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 251

I have been not able to locate the root cause of this as it only effects a small number of servers.  However here is a quick workaround:

• locate the file:
  /administrator/components/com_form/bfFramework.bf
• rename it bfFramework.zip (if not already!)
• Extract the contents of that zip file (should be a folder called blueflame)
• copy this folder to:
  /plugins/system/blueflame/

Reload the Joomla Forms admin control panel and all should be ok now
