Submit and Reset buttons do not display when I use a custom layout


With the new version we allow you to create your OWN buttons in the custom layout - this has confused some people as we never communicated this change.

You can now use the "Form Fields" area to create a new submit button and then use the placeholder to add that to your custom layout.

In a future version we will probably add back the auto-inserted buttons as many people are coming up with this and so it will be good to give you the option to use our buttons or your own.
