If your emails that are generated by form submissions arrive blank then you have not configured the Email Submit Action correctly.
Simply re-edit the Submit Action for the email, and then on the "Email Content" tab, configure the content of the body of the email, by typing some text in the text areas, you can also use the placeholders to replace the placeholders with the submitted values...
